Hello Cranta, thanks for this passionate essay with several leads (Fritjof Capra, Rudolf Steiner) that look worth exploring further. "We cannot adapt
our level of awareness to the rhythm of the hectic lives we’re leading". I think that this is an idea worth exploring further. Perhaps it makes sense to research ways to slow things down, decelerate negative trends while re-opening space for ourselves and people around us to reflect on what is going on? I'm thinking aloud on your sentence. What do you think?
